Ningbo Zhongshan Road

Zhongshan Road is an urban trunk road in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Zhongshan West Road starts from Ningbo Ring Expressway in Gaoqiao Town in the west. Zhongshan East Road is planned to reach Shengmo North Road. The total length of Zhongshan Road is 20.2km, becoming a genuine "tenmiles long street". It crosses Haishu District and Yinzhou District. The earliest record of Zhongshan Road was found in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty, which was called “big street”. In 1946, it was renamed Zhongshan Road in memory of Sun Yat Sen.
