Millennium Park in Chicago
Millennium Park in Chicago is a large park located in the Loop District of Chicago. It is an important cultural and recreational center on the shore of Lake Michigan, covering 24.5 acres of land on the northwest side of Grant Park. The prosperous downtown of Chicago is located at its one side, including skyscrapers such as the world's third tallest Sears Tower and the world-famous Chicago Board of Trade. Lake Michigan with beautiful sceneries is located at its other side, where the blue and calm lake is embellished by different-color sailboats in a picturesque manner. The huge artificial fountains in the park spray the silver-white water columns into the sky of more than 100 meters, which are quite spectacular; the colorful rainbow formed when the water mist drops down and the skyscrapers set off each other, forming a huge colorful picture scroll with softness and hardness.
