Project background：
Lower Saxony in the northwest Germany is located on the banks of the Hasse River, leading to the Ems-Weser Canal to the north. As an important railway hub,it mainly covers steel, textile, machinery, automobile compartments, papermaking and chemical sectors. The textile mainly involves in coarse cotton fabrics, and its production of steel wire is also well known. German Federal Highway No. 30 goes from Bad Oeynhausen to Amsterdam through the southern part of the city, going from Osnabruck to Paderborn through the eastern part of the city.
