Project background：
Huawei Songshan Lake Campus,a"small European city" with super lake view, is located in the north of Huanhu Road in the south of Songshan Lake in Dongguan. Covering an area of 1,900 mu (about 126 ha.), with a floor area of 1.267 million sq. m and a total investment of 10 billion yuan, the Campus is adjacent to the Songhu Huahai scenic spot in the south area of Songshan Lake. The project was started in September 2014, and after completion, 30,000 R &D personnel will work here. At the same time, Huawei University, R &D Center, Pilot Test Center and other functional carriers will be moved to Songshan Lake, so as to drive Huawei's terminal business and the economic development of the whole Songshan Lake and even Dongguan.
